As extreme events unfold across the world more frequently, climate change is front-page news more often and more journalists have started covering the subject, often from within their existing beats. This new context means that climate reporting is also moving into a new phase, and in this session, we will discuss the emerging challenges in covering climate and new issues science and environment journalists could be exploring.
