Ikechi Mgbeoji

Prof. Ikechi Mgbeoji is one of the world’s leading experts in Intellectual Property Rights law, and Public International Law. He is also admitted to the bars of Ontario, Canada; and Nigeria.Ikechi Mgbeoji is a professor of law at Canada’s Osgoode Hall Law School where he lectures on Patent Law; International Aspects of Intellectual Property law; and Public International Law. The author of six books and more than 60 articles and book chapters in reputable law journals, Prof. Mgbeoji is frequently consulted by corporate groups, governmental and non-governmental agencies across the world. He is the authour of “Global Biopiracy: Patents, Plants and Idigenous Knowledge”.
